Coronation Street star Lucy Fallon has shared some adorable pictures of her new baby, and our hearts are fit to burst.
The Bethany Platt star announced the birth of her second child, daughter Nancy Margaret, last week on Instagram, and was flooded with support from fans and co-stars.
The actress is already mum to one year old son Sonny Jude, who she shares with footballer partner Ryan Ledson.
Taking to Instagram once again, Lucy shared more adorable pictures of her new arrival, much to the joy of fans.
Alongside pictures of both parents holding Nancy, Lucy wrote that she was ‘in a bubble’.
Former Corrie co-star Catherine Tyldesley, who played Eva Price, was quick to comment, writing: ‘Oh babe she’s just gorgeous.’
‘Oh stop she is just too adorable,’ one fan wrote, as another added: ‘So precious.’
Lucy has taken maternity leave from the ITV soap, but character Bethany is still on screen for the time being.
The aspiring journalist recently accepted a job opportunity in London, having been offered a role at her dream magazine, and managed to persuade fiancé Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard) to consider a trial move.
Little does she know, Daniel is anxiously waiting to find out if the baby his ex Daisy Midgeley (Charlotte Jordan) is carrying is actually his.
Will Bethany leave the cobbles for a new life with Daniel, or will the truth come out and drive her away?
However her exit pans out, Lucy has promised that she will soon be back on screens.
‘Lots of Corrie related q’s – I won’t be away for tooo long and I am returning after I pop the baby out,’ she wrote on Instagram alongside a mirror selfie on set after announcing her pregnancy.
