Former EastEnders star Charlie Brooks has split from her TV producer boyfriend just weeks after they went public with their relationship.
The actress is best known for playing Janine Butcher in the BBC soap across three separate stints between 1999 and 2022.
Janine was last seen after a dramatic Christmas, which saw the watery demise of her on-screen husband Mick Carter (Danny Dyer).
The character is currently in prison for perverting the course of justice after framing Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) for drink driving, where she gave birth to Mick’s son in 2023.
She also won the twelfth series of I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here and is competing in this year’s series of Dancing On Ice.
Last month, she posted cosy pictures of her on a London walk with new boyfriend James Fuller, who has worked on commercial campaigns for Adidas, Diet Coke and Tesco.
He added his own photo of them holding hands.
However, it now seems that they’ve broken up – with James referring to Charlie as an ‘amicable ex girlfriend’ in an Instagram comment.
In last week’s episode of the ITV ice dancing competition, she performed to Adele’s Someone Like You with pro-skater Eric Bradford.
They scored a total of 31.0 from the judges, and were voted through to next week by the public. Olympic rower Steve Redgrave was eliminated.
The show’s official social media account shared a clip of them both, writing: ‘Not a dry eye in the audience after Charlie and Eric’s emotional skate.’
This prompted James to add: ‘Damn you guys are elegant, graceful and gorgeous! It’s a 10 for me! Can’t wait to see you skate again this Sunday!

Charlie’s relationship with James was the first she went public with following her split from Ben Hollington in 2018.
She has one daughter – Kiki – with Tony Truman, who lived in the flat above the one she shared with Ben.
A source told The Sun: ‘They’re still really close but she wanted to concentrate on Dancing On Ice.
‘It’s very demanding and she’s training six days a week. It’s hard to keep a romantic relationship going with all the hard work she’s putting in but they’re still best friends.’
She recently addressed an EastEnders return, and whether she would reprise her role for the show’s forthcoming 40th anniversary celebrations.
‘I’m going straight back into Chitty Chitty Bang Bang for a while, and then I probably need a little bit of time off’ she told The Mirror.
‘And then we’re in talks about another theatre project at the moment, so I don’t know yet. I’m biding my time. So who knows,’ she added cryptically.
