Noah betrayed in Emmerdale as Joe hatches secret plot that will break him
Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) has got brother Noah Dingle (Jack Downham) right where he wants him in Emmerdale.
Following his return to the village, Joe decided to try and rebuild his relationship with Noah. He started by offering tickets to a football game, but backed away when Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) and Ross Barton (Michael Parr) got word of what was going on.
Joe previously told Kim Tate (Claire King) that he’d be playing the long game in his plan, and last night’s episode certainly proved that.
Being fully aware of Charity’s dislike for him, Joe has succeeded in drip feeding Noah manipulation and lies, just to draw him away from his mum.
As his affair with Dawn Taylor (Olivia Bromley) continued in the instalment, so did his plot with his sibling. In the pub, Charity was seen watching Joe take a phone call, seemingly with someone important in Dubai.
He chatted and boasted about the perks that come with taking a job overseas, but we were the only ones who discovered Joe wasn’t on the phone at all. He was simply pretending.
As he got off the phone, Noah announced to Charity that Joe had secured him an exciting new job in Dubai. He was buzzing and headed off with his brother, leaving Charity utterly stunned.
Just before the episode ended, we saw Charity sneaking into Home Farm. She arrived just as Joe and Dawn went upstairs, clearly looking for information that tells her what Joe is really up to.
Before the week ends, Charity will discover a laptop in Home Farm with some important information.
She races out of the house just as Kim returns but once she’s in the clear, Charity takes a look and makes a big discovery – but what has she found out?
