Emmerdale’s Isabel Hodgins recently reunited with friend and former co-star Adam Thomas.
The actress, who is 31, portrays Victoria Sugden in the show. Up until just recently, she was the only Sugden family member left in the village, but that all changed when she met John (Oliver Farnworth), who was revealed as Vic’s half-brother.
Amid the dramatic storylines she’s been involved in over the years, Vic also has quite a complicated history when it comes to relationships.
One person Vic found herself with was Adam Barton, played by Adam Thomas.
After a journey filled with secrets, lies and classic soap twists, Vic said goodbye to Adam when he went on the run.
Covering for Moira (Natalie J Robb), Emma Barton’s real killer, Adam escaped a prison van in 2018 with help from Cain (Jeff Hordley) and Aaron (Danny Miller).
He was then placed on a cargo ship, given money, and told he would be going to Amsterdam and then France.
Away from the ITV soap, Adam and Isabel of course remain great friends.
Just recently, the stars shared a sweet selfie on their Instagram accounts after bumping into each other in town.
Adam wrote alongside: ‘Look who I just bumped into! Love this girl’, while Isabel joked: ‘You never deserved me!’.
Victoria and the other village residents will have a lot to contend with next week, as they deal with the loss of Amy Wyatt (Natalie Ann Jamieson), Suzy Merton (Martelle Edinborough) and Leyla Harding (Roxy Shahidi).
The three characters died following a limo crash, which saw the vehicle get stuck in the middle of an icy lake.
