Coronation Street youngster in deadly danger after serious mistake

A new Coronation Street spoiler video has revealed how teen Dylan Wilson (Liam McCheyne) is placed in danger next week as begins a stretch behind bars.

On Monday, Dylan is sent down over his unfortunate role in Mason Radcliffe’s (Luca Toolan) death.

Fans of the ITV soap will remember how Dylan – who started carrying a knife to protect himself last year – found himself in a confrontation with Matty and Logan Radcliffe (Seamus McGoff and Harry Lowbridge) last month. But when their brother Mason stepped in to defend him, they turned on him and stabbed him with Dylan’s knife.

With Mason losing his life, Dylan was charged and his day in court ends badly when the judge hands him a custodial sentence.

While fans will have to wait to find out how long Dylan gets, his first few days in the secure training centre will see him face a potential new enemy.

As this video from next Sunday’s episode – which has been pushed from its usual Friday slot – shows that Dylan receives a visit from teacher Daniel Osbourne (Rob Mallard).

Their interaction is witnessed by an inmate called Brody, who gets the impression they know one another.

Dylan tries to make his excuses about how he knows Daniel, insisting he used to be a neighbour, but Brody warns him sucking up to a teacher won’t go down well and advises him to keep it on the downlow.
Brody’s interest in him leaves Dylan full of dread, but when he later gets a hard time from some lads, Brody sends them packing and tells him to stick with him until he finds his feet.

But is Brody as genuine as he seems, or has he got other intentions?

Coronation Street airs these scenes on Sunday 2 March at 8pm on ITV1 or stream first from 7am on ITVX.
