Coronation Street’s Kevin slammed over his most disgusting move of all time
Coronation Street’s Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) was reminded of one of his most deplorable acts during a heated row on Monday.
The couple were at loggerheads in the latest episode of the ITV soap after Kevin accused wife Abi (Sally Carman) of having an affair with Ronnie Bailey (Vinta Morgan), which prompted Abi to remind him of a previous indiscretion of his own.
As fans know, Kevin is currently undergoing treatment for cancer, and as the emotion of his health battle became too much, he fell out with best mate Tim Metcalfe (Joe Duttine).
On Monday, Tim’s wife Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) was determined for the two men to patch things up, so she organised a dinner party for them, Abi and Kevin, inviting along Ronnie and Kevin’s sister Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) too.
And while Tim and Kevin were able to put the past behind them, Kevin became distant over the course of the evening, with tensions reaching boiling point when the group sat down to play a murder mystery game.
When it was revealed Abi and Ronnie’s characters were having an affair, Kevin kicked off and accused the pair of having a real-life affair.
Abi then followed him home where she questioned what kind of person she’d be if she cheated on him after his diagnosis.

Kevin then replied that ‘the shoe fits’, to which she angrily pointed out that he did just that when he had an affair with Molly Dobbs (Vicky Binns) while his then-wife Sally was having treatment for breast cancer back in 2010.
Abi then apologised for the low blow, but Kevin realised his hypocrisy and apologised, opening up about how his diagnosis has been making him feel.
And while Abi insisted Kevin in the only man for her, it appears Kevin might be right to be concerned about her wandering eye.

Actress Sally Carman, who plays Abi, did recently confirm her character will soon cheat on Kevin.
Speaking to Inside Soap, she said: ‘As an actor, brilliant! I thought, “Would Abi do that?” and actually, yes, she is a bit of a wildcard. The pull and temptation is just too much for her, and it reminds Abi of being young.
‘There’s been a lot of sadness and loss in her life, and this may serve as a distraction from that. It’s too irresistible for her.’
Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 or stream first from 7am on ITVX.
