Hollyoaks confirms new therapist with ‘dark side’ – as he makes move on show favourite
Hollyoaks is set to welcome its very own therapist in the form of newcomer Tommy (Brandon Fellows), who is set to offer advice to a number of residents in the eponymous village.
In scenes set to air next week, it comes to light that Leela Dexter (Kirsty-Leigh Porter) has been attending therapy sessions with Tommy in the wake of Abe Fielding’s (Tyler Conti) downfall.
Leela shares her concerns, admitting that – despite their happy scenes last month – she fears Joel (Rory Douglas-Speed) is growing close to ex Cleo McQueen (Nadine Mulkerrin) once again.
Joel does come to Cleo’s aid next week when she suffers a panic attack while at the hospital, but is there to more to the former flames’ connection than meets the eye?
That remains to be seen but Leela has other things on her mind when Tommy, misreading the signals, leans in for a kiss!
The question is: how will she react?
You’ll have to wait and see but subsequent scenes will confirm that Leela isn’t the only villager who is having therapy with Tommy, who is keeping his cards close to his chest – and it becomes clear that he might not be who he says he is.
Consider us very intrigued!
Brandon Fellows, who previously appeared in Doctors and Casualty, will make his Hollyoaks debut as Tommy on Tuesday, March 11.

Discussing his new role, he said: ‘I’m excited to be joining the cast of Hollyoaks playing the role of Tommy.
‘A friendly and unique therapist with a dark side and a complicated family history. I’m looking forward for the fans to see this character’s secrets unravel…’.
