Dastardly Nicola Mitchell (Laura Doddington) is forced to come clean about her drug dealing in EastEnders this week after a dangerous situation emerges.

Since taking over the nightclub from Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden) last year, Nicola has been dealing drugs out of Harry’s Barn, using Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) to get supplies.

However, this week Nicola is spooked when Ravi summons her to Walford East and informs her there is a dangerous supply of drugs doing the rounds.

After she then calls a supplier, Nicola is caught out by her ex-husband Teddy Mitchell (Roland Manookian), forcing her to come clean about her dealings.

However, they don’t have much time to get into a row about it, as they are soon called to an incident at The Albert, where son Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway) has been making a show of himself.

Having picked a fight with Felix Baker (Matthew Morrison) whilst under the influence, his parents drag him home.

Back at No.1, Nicola and Teddy go at it again – this time over Teddy’s new business deal with Junior Knight (Micah Balfour).

For reasons that will soon become clear, Nicola wants Teddy to pull out of the partnership and tries to persuade her oblivious ex not to go ahead.

But what she doesn’t know is that Teddy later secretly calls Junior and tells him the deal is on and not to let anything slip to Nicola.

Teasing the drama ahead for her character in the coming weeks, Laura Doddington says fans will see Nicola ‘pushed to the edge’.

‘She’s tested on how far love, manipulation, and lying can get her,’ she says cryptically.

EastEnders airs these scenes from Monday 17 March at 8pm on BBC One, or stream first from 6am on iPlayer.
