Emmerdale brings the drama again next week, as confirmed in our new pictures, with an unexpected exit story on the cards – and one that ties into a huge secret exploding.
Ella Forster (Paula Lane) isn’t long for the village, as viewers know, and she finds herself at the centre of another scandal next week when she is accused of being to blame for Chas Dingle’s (Lucy Pargeter) collapse.
The receptionist is asked to leave the village in the wake of the accusation but she refuses, imploring Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson) to believe that Chas has set her up, arguing that she likely has a painkiller addiction.
Chas isn’t happy about Ella’s claims, nor is she pleased that Liam enquires if there is any truth to them. Manpreet Sharma (Rebecca Sarker), meanwhile, urges Ella to move out of Dale Head.
Ella, however, retaliates on her friend, informing the village about Manpreet’s online pictures!
Will Manpreet’s job be called into question? And is this be the final straw for Ella before she leaves the village?
Elsewhere, Steph Miligan (Georgia Jay) struggles with the knowledge that Anthony Fox (Nicholas Day) is her biological father and confides in Ruby Fox-Miligan (Beth Cordingly) about how all she can see in the mirror is the abuser.
Ruby is quick to offer support and reassurance but, despite this, Steph looks up plastic surgery providers. Jai (Chris Bisson), meanwhile, decides to do some digging as he asks Steph about missing Anthony.

But just what will he unearth?
Over at the Woolpack, Marlon Dingle (Mark Charnock) hides a letter from Dylan (Fred Kettle) in rehab – but Paddy (Dominic Brunt) urges him to tell April (Amelia Flanagan).
It’s going to be an emotional one!
