Child killer Ella loses it in Emmerdale after Mandy’s mistake could destroy her life
(Emmerdale: Ella is in no mood to celebrate her birthday and things only get worse)
A new Emmerdale spoiler video reveals the moment that Ella Forster’s (Paula Lane) worst fears are realised, when Mandy Dingle (Lisa Riley) unknowingly reveals her new identity online.
As viewers of the ITV soap know, on her 11th birthday, Ella murdered her best friend and was handed a new name to protect her.
The revelation brought back horrific memories for Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson), who she had recently coupled up with, of his own late teenage daughter Leanna’s (Mimi Slinger) death. Who can forget when she was killed by devious Meena Jutla (Paige Sandhu)?
The village reeled with the discovery, and just as she’s managing to rebuild her life both personally and professionally, it could come crashing down again.
In upcoming scenes, Ella is stunned when Mandy discovers it’s her 30th birthday, and anxious when she’s offered a beauty treatment with before and after photos. Reluctantly she agrees to it, seeing her pal’s good intentions, and allows herself to enjoy it.

However, as the video shows, Mandy goes on to make a big mistake.
As she approaches the vets practice, new boss Rhona Goskirk (Zoe Henry) congratulates her on the big day and hands over some balloons and presents.
Ella thanks her for her kindness, and explains she’s just been to PampaManda for her treatments… and Rhona is well aware, having spotted the before and after pictures on social media.
Lashing out, she tears the birthday banners off the door and storms off, clearly aware of the consequences this could have.

Later, we see her smashes up the cake that Mandy presents her with and and storm off to the footbridge, as Liam watches on. He explains that the residents have planned a ‘surprise’ party in The Woolpack, and she should attend.
In the pub, an uninvited guest arrives – Gary, the nephew of the woman whose daughter she killed. He’s seen the online pictures and confronts her.
She flees out into Main Street, consumed with horror, and Wendy (Susan Cookson) assists her to the surgery when she falls over.
Then her true colours begin to show…
In the waiting room, a wave of anger looms over Ella, and she violently attacks Wendy.
Is her suppressed identity coming to light?
