Hollyoaks reveals which character makes a shocking Jez discovery

Are the walls closing in?

Hollyoaks killer Jez Blake looks set to finally be exposed next week, when Liberty Savage gets suspicious of his shifty behaviour.

As Liberty then stumbles across a key piece of evidence, is the game up for the village villain?

There have been some big revelations for the Blake family, and this week Sienna discovered that her granddaughter Victoria has been in the custody of DI Banks and his wife for years.

As she and Dodger stumbled across videos of the young girl’s therapy sessions with Tommy, they vowed to get her back – but they are still yet to realise that Mrs Banks is in fact Clare Devine.

Next week, Sienna continues to watch the recordings of Victoria intently, but she is caught by Jez and Liberty, who are keen to know what’s going on.

“Jez and Liberty demand answers, so Dodger is forced to explain the upsetting truth about Victoria,” says our source.

“This sadly involves having to tell Liberty that her cousin Dennis is dead, and Jez is there to support her as she processes this heartbreaking news.”

It isn’t long before Grace has a change of heart and returns Victoria to the Blake family behind her sister Clare’s back. Sienna is overjoyed and helps her granddaughter settle into her new home.

But while she is doing this, Jez attempts to steal the hard drive. Viewers know that he also had sessions with Tommy where he confessed to a string of murders, but is there something else he wants to keep under wraps?

Jez’s actions are spotted by Liberty, who grows suspicious and is determined to get to the truth.

“Liberty is convinced that Jez is hiding something, and she wants to know what,” our insider explains. “But she doesn’t keep her investigation a secret; instead, she crashes Jez and John Paul’s cake testing for their upcoming wedding and confronts him head on.”

John Paul begins to have his own concerns, and wonders whether his fiancé Jez really wants to get married at all.

But elsewhere, Liberty looks through Jez’s things, and she finds his infamous book, which contains mementos of all his murder victims from over the years.

Has Liberty discovered the grisly truth about Jez, and what will she do next?
