Viewers first watched as Tracy Barlow made a shock decision to leave Weatherfield again just days after making her comeback.

Having now reunited with lover Tommy Orpington, she decided to go back to Spain.

She told her daughter Amy: “I mean what I said before, if you ever want a break just pop on a plane and come and see us.”

And she even let Cassie and Ken joke about opposites attracting, having thawed towards the scheming drug dealer.

Tracy even told her ex Steve McDonald: “You know I reckon the real attraction is someone else.

“You might want to get in there Steve.”

With that she left the house and headed back to her life in Spain, leaving her dad vulnerable to Cassie’s scheming.

And she wasn’t the only one catching a flight – two more characters were sent packing too.

Alina Pop and her son with Tyrone Dorin were to due to leave for Romania after the people trafficking trial.

However that was foiled when Tyrone stole her passport in an attempt to force her to stay so he could be a dad.

But when Fiz discovered the truth she was furious with Tyrone.

Taking the passport back, she gave it to Alina, insisting she found it in the house, and hiding Tyrone’s involvement.

And she convinced Alina to go back to Romania and leave Weatherfield behind without seeing him, to ensure the threat to her marriage was gone for good.

But will any of them return?
