Hollyoaks’ Darren makes deadly plan tonight – and a show legend is in huge danger
He joins forces with a stranger...
Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Tuesday’s episode (14 October), which is available to watch now on streaming service Channel 4 and hasn’t yet aired on TV.
Hollyoaks’ Darren Osborne has made a devastating decision, as his anger towards his friend Tony Hutchinson continues. He continues to spiral out of control, then makes a plan that could spell deadly danger for one character…
Darren has recently discovered that Morgan isn’t his biological daughter, and that Tony is the father after having a one-night stand with Nancy years back.
Tony is currently unaware of this paternity bombshell, but Darren has struggled to come to terms with his wife and best friend’s betrayal.
Meanwhile, Tony has his own problems to deal with in today’s episode, with Marie demanding the rest of her blackmail money by the end of the day and threatening to tell Diane that she’s carrying his baby if she doesn’t get it.

As he worried about what to do, he put this issue to the side for now to get ready for his stag do – and was picked up by his old friends Carol and Finn.
The group were joined by Tony’s half-brother Dom, but Tony was stressed about Marie’s ultimatum and wasn’t able to enjoy himself.
He explained his situation to Dom, who kindly agreed to lend him the £5,000 he needed to give to Marie.

Darren didn’t attend the stag do, however, as he returned home in a sorry state after a night spent drinking and gambling. His family raged at him, and he headed to Casa McQueen alone – where he unexpectedly reunited with old flame Zoe.
But Darren got worryingly drunk and Zoe struggled to deal with him. John Paul turned up and took Darren back to his house, determined to sober him up.
As John Paul set about phoning Nancy to let her know where her husband is, Mercedes’ phone rang and Darren drunkenly answered the call.

It wasn’t confirmed who was on the other end of the phone, but Darren explained to them that Tony had turned his family against him and had also ruined Mercedes’ life.
Darren remarked that someone had to do something about it – and he told the mystery person that he was willing to take matters into his own hands.
“I will get whatever money it costs, okay?” he said. “You do the hit. I want you to take Tony out.”
Who is Darren speaking to, and will they carry out the plan to kill Tony?
