Next week on Hollyoaks, Cleo reaches breaking point as her mental health struggles escalate, and her family come together to get her the help she needs. Meanwhile, Mercedes and Warren get back together, but someone is suspicious…

Monday 24 November – Episode 6647
1. Mercedes sparks suspicion
Mercedes and Warren officially reunite, but Goldie is suspicious of her cousin’s intentions. Gemma realises that Goldie is concerned and decides to use this to her advantage.
When Goldie spots Mercedes handing Warren a mysterious bag, alarm bells ring and she jumps to conclusions – telling Gemma that she believes Warren is dealing drugs again.
Gemma then warns Warren that Goldie is suspicious, but she secretly places a tracker on his car…
2. Cleo’s struggles escalate
Sienna tries her best to offer Cleo support, but Cleo snaps at her girlfriend as she continues to struggle. She then finds Cleo talking to herself, and Cleo gets angry when she is asked about it.
Later, Sienna’s concerns reach a new level when she finds Cleo’s notepad and discovers that she’s written the same sentence over and over again.
3. Donny makes progress
At the station, Sully begins to go against Donny’s orders, and Dodger is concerned about his defiance. However, Donny tells Dodger that he needs to switch his focus and concentrate on work.
Donny keeps communicating with Misbah, who hopes that talking will help save their marriage. Misbah admits that she never stopped loving Donny – is there a way back for their relationship?
Tuesday 25 November – Episode 6648
4. Cleo gets help

Sienna is unable to get Cleo to open up to her, so she tells John Paul that she is worried about his cousin’s behaviour. John Paul gets the rest of the family together and they rally round to help Cleo.
When Cleo later returns home, the McQueens and Sienna makes it clear that they are all here to support her. Dodger and Sienna work together and take Cleo to the psychiatric unit. Can Cleo finally get the support she needs?
5. Gemma makes friends
Gemma tries to integrate herself into the community and grills Misbah for some information about some of the Hollyoaks residents.
Before her interview for a job at Dee Valley hospital, Gemma introduces herself to Diane – then tries to build bridges with Mercedes. Does she have an ulterior motive for her actions?
Wednesday 26 November – Episode 6649
6. Cleo gets a diagnosis
Once alone with Liberty, Sienna breaks down in tears over what Cleo is going through and asks for her support. Liberty and Sienna agree to stay at the hospital with the baby, while the McQueens visit Cleo – who has been diagnosed with postpartum psychosis.
7. John Paul plays peacemaker
John Paul notices how much Sienna is struggling and organises for the McQueens to take her out for a drink. But this family gathering involves both Goldie and Warren, so John Paul urges the warring enemies to put their differences aside for the sake of Sienna. Can Goldie and Warren make peace?
