Emmerdale confirms a traumatic and sad week, as confirmed in my new pictures, with Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) set to receive devastating news.
The farmer, who was diagnosed with a brain tumour earlier this month, continues to cause concern, with Matty Barton (Ash Palmisciano) taking it upon himself to move in to Butlers.
Mackenzie Boyd (Lawrence Robb), meanwhile, is stressed when the sheep escape and, after confronting her on the situation, Moira promises not to go out alone.
Things, however, escalate further when they locate the sheep – and a number of them aren’t moving.
Elsewhere in the village, Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) is questioned by the police over stolen smart-watches and Laurel Thomas (Charlotte Bellamy) has some explaining to do when she’s caught with Charles (Kevin Mathurin) by Arthur (Alfie Clarke)!
And speaking of Arthur, the teen attempts to show his maturity by flirting with John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth). He lies to April Windsor (Amelia Flanagan), claiming he had sex with the newcomer.
Laurel overhears and wastes little time in confronting John on the matter in what proves to be a very public showdown at the Woolpack.
Mortified, John swiftly denies the allegations, with Arthur forced to come clean, revealing that he made it up.
It’s going to be quite the week.
Emmerdale airs these scenes between Monday, September 30 and Friday, October 4 at 7:30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
