Hollyoaks uncovers Sienna’s deception as Cleo makes sinister discovery

Hollyoaks spoilers follow for the latest episode to air on E4 and stream on the Channel 4 service.

Hollyoaks has aired sinister new scenes as Cleo McQueen has discovered just how manipulative her other half Sienna Blake can be.

Cleo has been wondering why her psychosis medication hasn’t seemed to have any effect on her, which viewers know is because Sienna has been secretly swapping them out for vitamin pills.

Last night’s episode opened with Cleo pondering if the dose was too low as she was getting intrusive thoughts again. But Sienna insisted it was what the doctor prescribed and that she would look after her.

Myra later stopped by and Cleo confided in her that she had taken “a few” of the pills because they weren’t working. Myra took one look at the label, which said to take only one at a time, and was adamant they needed to go the hospital immediately.

“I don’t want to go to hospital. They’re gonna say I’m crazy and I’m not. It’s the medication, it’s not working,” Cleo protested.

Myra convinced her to come along by telling her that they’ll get some medication that works. But once Cleo’s back was turned, it was obvious she was concerned.

At the hospital, Cleo was frustrated to hear that the texts showed no traces of drugs in her system, which should be impossible as she takes them every day.

“If they don’t believe me, they should speak to Sienna because she’s the one who gives me them,” Cleo raged, before realising she might have just figured out what’s going on.

“She the one who gives them to me,” she added.

Back at the flat, Cleo took a look at the pills and rummaged through the cupboards to see what else they had. She realised that they were the exact same thing.

She screamed in pure fury, setting up the altercation that’s set to air next week.
