Coronation Street legends Sally Dynevor and Georgia Taylor have reunited with former co-star Angela Lonsdale, and posed for a sweet picture.

Taking to Instagram, Angela, who played Emma Watts in the ITV soap between 2000 and 2003, shared the snap, which showed the three actresses enjoying a Sunday meal together.

In the caption, she enthused about the Sunday roast and the company, using a hashtag to reveal that they shared ‘decades of friendship’.

Fans were quick to take to the comments, with John saying: ‘Great photo ladies.’

‘Beautiful,’ Irene added, while Nancy wrote: ‘Wonderful.’

Former Corrie co-star Denise Welch, who played Natalie Barnes, also chimed in, writing: ‘Miss you.’

Angela’s Coronation Street character Emma was a local police sergeant who married Curly Watts.

She was involved in some big storylines during her tenure, including one that saw her shoot Dean Sykes after he took hostages in a siege at Freshco.

In 2003, Emma was offered a promotion in Newcastle, so the family moved away.

Sally and Georgia are both still treading the cobbles as Sally Metcalfe and Toyah Battersby respectively.

Toyah is currently having a secret relationship with Nick Tilsley (Ben Price), after their affair was discovered by a horrified Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson) earlier this year.

Meanwhile, Sally is set to get a shock this week when she fears she has mice in the house.
