Killer Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) takes steps to cover up his kidnap of Bianca Jackson (Patsy Palmer) in EastEnders next week.
Reiss took the Walford legend hostage on Thursday after he finally admitted to her he had smothered his comatose wife Debbie to death earlier this year.
With her sister Sonia Fowler (Natalie Cassidy) having been wrongly locked up for her murder, Bianca had been on a mission to prove Reiss was the real culprit.
She finally struck gold last week when she came into possession of CCTV footage showing him leaving Debbie’s care home on the night of her death.
After Reiss then confessed to her that he had indeed killed Debbie, he tricked Bianca into coming with him to a lock-up, where he claimed to have been keeping the pillow he used to smother her.
But while there, Reiss showed his true colours and imprisoned Bianca in the storage unit.
He then revealed his intention to keep her there until he can secure fiancée Sonia’s release without implicating himself – even installing a fridge and a commode for her in the lock-up.
However, Biacan’s sudden disappearance will start to cause concern from her friends this week.
In a bid to convince them she has willingly left town, Reiss sends a message from Bianca’s phone to her pal Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) saying she is laying low for a while.
Will it be enough to quell their suspicions, or could Reiss’ secrets be about to come spilling out?
