Emmerdale star Bradley Johnson has announced the birth of his first child, and he is clearly besotted.
The Vinny Dingle star took to Instagram with an adorable picture of his son, who he shares with fiancée Sammie Johnstone.
A second picture revealed that they have named him Albie Jake Johnson, with the caption declaring, ‘You are absolutely everything’.
The comments were soon filled with messages from Bradley’s delighted Emmerdale co-stars, with on-screen mum Lisa Riley, who plays Mandy Dingle, already offering herself for babysitting duties.
‘You know how proud me and Al are of you and Sammie—we love you loads…CONGRATULATIONS…we are available for babysitting whenever, sending the biggest amount of love,’ she wrote.
‘Ohhhhh my goooooodness!!! Congratulations guys,’ Amy Wyatt star Natalie Ann Jamieson penned, before adding: ‘Absolutely gorgeous!!’
‘Congratulations you wonderful pair!’ Dawn Fletcher actress Olivia Bromley wrote, while Dean Andrews, who plays Will Taylor, said: ‘Massive congrats to you both. Absolute beauty.’
‘This is beautiful, mate. Congratulations to you both, and welcome, baby Albie,’ Charles Anderson actor Kevin Mathurin wrote.

The arrival of Tina Dingle (Samantha Power) caused friction between her and Mandy, and it was soon revealed that Tina was Vinny’s biological mother.
It didn’t take long for Vinny to find out the truth, and he was left further stunned to discover that he had siblings.
