Claire Sweeney was left stunned after discovering a Lego version of Coronation Street – and it’s not hard to see why.

The iconic soap set has been painstakingly recreated out of the toy bricks in astonishing detail.

Claire, who plays Cassie Plummer on the ITV soap, shared footage of the amazing reconstruction with fans on her Instagram Story.

The video shows the miniature street headed up by a reconstructed Rovers, where the little Lego people can grab a drink just like their larger real-life counterparts.

The model also features the recognisable blue and yellow cladding adorning No. 9, with other familiar landmarks including the Kabin and Underworld also recreated.

It even goes as far as adding the residents’ backyards and the big tree outside Audrey Robert’s salon.

This Lego version of Coronation Street was built by Jack Lewin as a teenager, and he now works on the ITV soap.

Metro understands the incredible set was originally on display in the Corrie Experience, which is open to the public, but has now been moved to the main building at the show’s studios in Salford in Greater Manchester.

In 2020, Jack was profiled by ITV as part of Coronation Street’s 60th anniversary 60 For 60 online series.

He told of how he used to spend hours upon hours recreating iconic episodes with Lego using stop-motion filming techniques.

Jack even reconstructed the soap’s infamous tram crash disaster, which you can watch in the video above.

Coronation Street airs Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 8pm on ITV1 or stream first from 7am on ITVX.
