Coronation Street fans are convinced that Tracy Barlow is on the brink of committing another murder, spelling trouble for one resident of the cobbles.
Tracy (played by Kate Ford) has been a mainstay on the soap for many years, and it’s safe to say the fiery, man-eating character has been involved in numerous major plotlines.
From blackmailing family members to committing cold-blooded murder, her time on the cobbles has been anything but dull. Currently, in Weatherfield, viewers believe things are about to take a lethal turn.
Recently, Tracy made her comeback to the street this week, after bidding farewell last year for a new life in Spain with her footballer boyfriend Tommy Orpington (Matt Milbur).

Fans will remember Tracy’s affair with Tommy behind husband Steve McDonald’s (Simon Gregson) back last year when Tommy was redecorating their home. The truth eventually surfaced, prompting Tracy to depart.
However, Tracy returned to the UK in recent weeks, revealing that she and Tommy are moving into a swanky flat in Cheshire. Moreover, this week, it was announced that Tommy is returning, with actor Matt Milbur reprising his role.

A source told The Sun that his return is part of a “short stint” before he departs again, reports Plymouth Live. Nonetheless, fans suspect a murder twist is looming on the cobbles – with Tracy as the killer.
While some fans reckon Cassie Plummer (played by Claire Sweeney) – who’s been secretly drugging her old man Ken Barlow (the legendary William Roache) – might be Tracy’s next victim, Corrie watchers are buzzing with a wild theory that it could actually be Leanne Battersby (Jane Danson), Ken’s unexpected poisoning predator.

The gossip is heating up online as diehard viewers speculate that Tracy could lash out at Corrie icon and new mate Leanne Battersby, spurred on by Leanne’s desperate moves on Tommy during her ongoing turmoil.
On a fan-favourite Corrie Facebook group, one superfan posted: “Leanne will make the moves on him as well. ” Another chimed in with: “Tracy won’t stand for that! ” A third fan suggested a shocking plot twist: “Hopefully she kills Leanne! We need killer Tracy back.” And yet another added to the drama: “She definitely needs to go. She’s becoming hated throughout the cobbles.”
