Sally by Kevin’s side as he gets latest cancer results in Coronation Street
Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) is supported by his ex-wife Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) as he receives news about his cancer in Coronation Street next week.
Last month, the Weatherfield mechanic went to the doctor after finding a lump.
They later confirmed that Kevin has testicular cancer, leaving friend Dev Alahan (Jimmi Harkishin) shocked and wife already fragile wife Abi Webster (Sally Carman) worried sick.
Abi is currently experiencing PTSD after Mason Radcliffe (Luca Toolan) was fatally stabbed last month.
She has been seeing visions of her late son Seb Franklin (Harry Visinoni) died in similarly violent circumstances back in 2021.
With Abi unravelling, it is Kevin’s ex-wife Sally who is by his side when he is required to visit the consultant again next week.
When medics confirm his latest results, they reveal that he needs an operation, and an overwhelmed Kevin hurries out.
Later in the week, Kevin shares news of his latest test results with son Jack Webster (Kyran Bowes).
But things continue to be difficult at home, with Kevin’s sister Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) letting herself in to find something burning in the oven, the smoke alarm going off and Abi suffering a flashback.
With the family facing continued strife in the lead-up to Valentine’s Day, Debbie plots a touching gesture for Kevin and Abi.
