Who’s getting banished at the roundtable? Coronation Street legends Georgia Taylor and Jane Danson have paid tribute to The Traitors in a new snap.

The actresses, who joined the ITV soap in 1997 as step-sisters Toyah and Leanne Battersby, have been at the centre of a huge storyline in the last year.

After becoming entwined in a vicious cult, Leanne ostracised herself from her nearest and dearest.

With nobody to turn to for advice, her fiancé Nick Tilsley (Ben Price) found comfort in Toyah – and the pair embarked on a secret fling.

More recently, Leanne has made it her mission to make their lives a living hell.

She fraudulently transferred cash from their business into a fake account under Toyah’s name, and pretended that her relationship with Nick was blossoming again.

Leanne is now under the spotlight for starting the fire at the Platt’s house – her alibi doesn’t add up, and in the hours before she threatened to get her own back on Toyah.

Off-screen, the stars couldn’t be more amicable.

Earlier this week, they represented team Corrie alongside Ryan Russell, who plays Michael Bailey, and a number of crew at the 2025 Broadcast Awards.

The production had a real reason to celebrate too, as ITV picked up the gong for best channel whilst Coronation Street beat off the competition for best soap opera.

Despite losing, Emmerdale favourites James Chase and Eden Taylor-Draper were still in good spirits as they joined in the celebrations in a sweet reunion.

Dressed in a black suit and bow-tie, James couldn’t help but pitch himself to be the next James Bond.

Georgia and Jane couldn’t resist joining in the fun, with a cheeky nod to BBC reality show smash hit The Traitors.

They can be seen stood in front of candles, whilst Georgia’s head is draped in a material that looks like one of the traitor’s famous cloaks.

For those of you who have been living under a rock, the competition – which is fronted by Claudia Winkleman – sees over 20 players journey to a grand castle in the Scottish Highlands.

On arrival, Claudia chooses a select number of competitors to become ‘traitors’, who have to meet in secret each night and ‘kill’ one of the ‘faithfuls’.

It is the traitors’ mission to conceal their identity, whilst the faithfuls try and sniff them out. At the end of a daily trial to add to the prize fund, they gather in the ‘banishment room’ to vote for who they think is a traitor.

Ultimately, if there are any traitors left at the end of the game, they take home every penny of the winnings. Faithfuls would split the cash equally.

The latest series concluded last month, and almost ten million viewers tuned in to see faithfuls Leanne and Jake take home £94,000.

Year on year, the show has broke records with an average 9.19m tuning in across 2025’s twelve episodes.
