Coronation Street lines up a dramatic and action-packed week that will see a number of lives in danger, as confirmed in our new spoiler videos, with one character predicting his own demise.

The character in question is none other than David Platt (Jack P Shepherd), who believes that time is running out due to Harvey Gaskell’s (Will Mellor) continued involvement in his life.

Upsetting scenes are on the cards, with a hit-and-run set to take the cobbles by storm. And if that wasn’t enough to deal with, the week in question also sees David facing the prospect of saying goodbye to his son as Max Turner’s (Paddy Bever) sentencing arrives.

But just what fate lies ahead for Max?

Elsewhere, Carla Connor (Alison King) is left spooked when her flat is broken into, with DS Lisa Swain (Vicky Myers) on the case, hoping to find out who is responsible.

Is, like Carla suspects, Rob Donovan (Marc Baylis) to blame?

For a first look at all the above, I’ve got brand new video clips, so let’s check them out.

Monday March 3

Shona and Lauren are concerned when they can’t get a hold of David, fearing the worst. Max is upset to see that David isn’t in attendance but he’s relieved when his dad turns up.

The hearing kicks off – but just what sentence awaits Max?

Wednesday March 5

A chilling flash-forward and voiceover sequence sees David dwell on his own death as he becomes certain that it will occur in seven hours time. The scene is spliced with a future one of the paramedics working tirelessly trying to revive him – but just what has happened? And will he make it out alive?

Friday March 7

Carla is terrified to find her home broken into. Lisa arrives soon afterwards, urging her not to touch anything as they speculate that Rob was to blame for the home invasion.

Fed up of living in fear, Carla makes a beeline for the door, hellbent on finding out who is to blame.
