Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) foolishly thinks he’s capable of committing a crime and getting away with it in upcoming Coronation Street episodes.

Over the past few weeks, Kevin and Abi (Sally Carman) have worked tirelessly to try and find the person responsible for creating deepfake pornographic videos of Abi.

It’s been incredibly difficult to find a trace of information about the culprit, let alone actually find their identity. However, next week, Abi thinks she’s found some important information.

After learning about Bethany’s (Lucy Fallon) new job at a magazine company, Abi tells Kevin that she’s done some digging and learnt Corey Brent’s father Stefan owns the business Bethany works for, and is also a board director of the production company that made the documentary on her son’s killer.

Convinced Stefan is responsible for the deepfake videos, Abi and Kevin report him.

As Stefan is questioned at the police station, Kevin visits Bethany and tells her that if she really wants to help them, she can lend him her security pass to Stefan’s offices – and she hands it over.

In the week, when Abi asks Kevin about him getting up in the night, he puts it down to stress but later calls into the salon with a stolen mobile phone and asks Max (Paddy Bever) if he can hack into it.

Later, when Kev turns up at the office, Stefan says the video footage of him breaking an entering could land him in jail.

Just as he returns home, Kevin finds Abi and Craig (Colson Smith) waiting for him.

But will Kevin report Stefan, knowing there’s a chance he could end up in trouble with the law himself?
