Fiz and Tyrone Dobbs make major baby decision as her pregnancy is exposed in Coronation Street
Fiz Dobbs (Jennie McAlpine) recently made the shocking discovery that she is pregnant in Coronation Street, and she has been at a loss over what to do for the best.
While Fiz was concerned about how the future would look with a new baby, Tyrone Dobbs (Alan Halsall) had a more positive outlook, so the pair had a difficult decision to make.
As if things weren’t complicated enough, the decision got even harder when daughters Hope and Ruby (Isabella Flanagan and Billie Naylor) managed to work out Fiz’s condition.
Though poor Tyrone tried to throw them off the scent, he was unsuccessful, and was forced to break the news to Fiz that their daughters knew everything.

Their conversation soon came to a halt, however, when Tyrone found another vape in Hope’s pencil case. As the pair confronted her, they discovered that she had stolen it, leaving them furious.
Following Hope’s telling off, Fiz assured Ty that her feelings towards a new baby had nothing to do with struggling to keep unruly Hope under control, but that she didn’t think they were in the right place in their lives for a new baby.
She also pointed out that she was sure he would have agreed with her if this had happened at another time, but that the recent discovery that he had a son had put him in a spin.
As the pair talked, Tyrone confessed that he had been using this news as a distraction from son Dorin, who was recently taken away by Alina Pop (Ruxandra Porojnicu).
With the pair now on the same page, they both agreed that Fiz would get an abortion. But what will they tell Hope and Ruby?
