Chesney plays with fire as he takes revenge on his mystery enemy in Coronation Street
Chesney Brown (Sam Aston) is a man on the edge in Coronation Street soon as he finally snaps after weeks of stress.
A few days ago, Ches went shopping at Freshco’s but got into a bit of bother with a man in a van. To get revenge, Chesney blocked the van after stealing his space.
Back in Weatherfield, the character then discovered someone had slashed his tyres and believed that same man was behind it.
Amid all of this, Chesney has been dealing with the sudden – and somewhat suspicious – death of Les Battersby (Bruce Jones).
In upcoming episodes, Leanne (Jane Danson) and Toyah (Georgia Taylor) tell Ches that Les’ employer has increased their offer to £60k but if they accept, they need to sign an NDA.
When Gemma (Dolly-Rose Campbell) gets back from Portsmouth, she’s put out to learn that Chesney kept quiet and urges him to accept the compensation.
With this overwhelming situation racing through his mind, Chesney faces another stressful situation when he spots the man in the van again.
Wound up, Chesney follows him to Freshco’s carpark. He gets out of this car, slips behind the van and pulls out a bag of sugar.
But what will he do next?
And why is this man in a van so hellbent on bothering Chesney?
