Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) is on a mission as 2025 begins in EastEnders, as concern continues to grow about Phil Mitchell (Steve McFadden).
Phil struggled with loneliness for the majority of last year.
After losing so many people in his life, Phil’s world became a completely empty one when Kat Slater (Jessie Wallace) ended their relationship and moved out.
The extent of Phil’s problems was actually discovered by Nicola (Laura Doddington). She popped by to give Phil the picture of Peggy, only to find his kitchen a complete state.
After Nicola updated Sharon, she made her way over to the Mitchell home. Sitting down in the living room, Sharon was stunned to see Phil had taken all the pictures down from the walls.
He told Sharon it was because he didn’t need a reminder of who he’s lost.
In upcoming episodes, Sharon is troubled to learn of Phil’s reckless business offer.
Terribly worried about her old lover, she organises a meeting with Jay (Jamie Borthwick), Billy (Perry Fenwick) and Teddy (Roland Manookian) about an intervention, but is shocked when her request isn’t openly received.
In the week, Sharon gets time with Phil as they join forces when an unexpected situation arises.
But will she get some answers about Phil’s issues?
