Cindy’s latest EastEnders plot exposed amid new murder attempt evidence
Cindy Beale (Michelle Collins) makes a shocking realisation in EastEnders next week, forcing her to make a surprise decision.
We’re now less than a month away from discovering who attacked Cindy on Christmas Day, when she almost met her end at the hands of a snow shovel.
The big reveal is set to take place with EastEnders’ 40th anniversary next month.
Since the incident, she’s been fearing for her life after her attacker launched a brick at her through a window, warning that her days are numbered.
The note attached read: ‘You should have stayed dead, now I’m coming for you.’
Living with Reiss Colwell (Jonny Freeman) after being exiled by the rest of her family, Cindy poured her heart out to ex-husband Ian Beale (Adam Woodyatt) and he later agreed that she could move back in with him.
The move wasn’t well received, and the Knight clan questioned his motives for allowing her back – and it did seem that there was a far greater plan at play.
As George (Colin Salmon) and Elaine (Harriet Thorpe) made an unsettling discovery, Anna (Molly Rainford) remained suspicious of her own sister Gina (Francesca Henry), who was secretly meeting up with Harry Mitchell (Elijah Holloway).

Cindy was spooked to hear that Lauren Branning (Jacqueline Jossa) had been cleared from police investigations – especially since we know that she did see her body lay on the ground and chose not to intervene.
In upcoming scenes, the finger is pointed towards Gina after Anna heard her tell Harry that they needed to keep quiet.
Accusations continue to fly around Albert Square as Ian tells Elaine that he’s going to be the one who reports her to authorities, but Cindy steps in and says she’s determined to do things her way.
She eagerly awaits for news from the police about some new evidence, whilst continuing to clash with Ian’s belief of what he thinks is the right thing to do.

Cindy attempts to make peace and extends an olive branch by staging a dinner, but things don’t exactly go to plan and her true intentions are soon revealed.
Later, she realises that the locket she was given on the night she was targeted has gone missing. The jewellery belonged to her late daughter Lucy, and its significance could play a vital part in uncovering the attempted murderer.
Soon, battle lines are drawn between the Beales and the Knights, and with nowhere to turn Cindy is forced to take Junior Knight (Micah Balfour) up on a surprising offer.
She moves in with him!
The reaction is horrific, but why exactly has Cindy agreed to shack up with the man she was having an affair with?
