Emmerdale fans think someone is secretly onto Ruby Miligan, and that her downfall is sealed.
The character has been up to all kinds of trouble recently, and has now formed a twisted plan with Rose Jackson to target Kim Tate. That’s not all though as she’s hiding a killer secret, following the death of Ethan Anderson.
A guilty Ruby is stressing over Ethan’s recent shock demise, days on from a hit and run. Ruby deliberately ran over Ethan as revenge for him leaving her son Nicky Miligan to die weeks ago.
But Ruby is now struggling with her actions with it being speculated the recent hit and run led to Ethan’s death. As she continues to cover up her crime, fans are suggesting she’s making all kinds of mistakes that could see her slip up.
From practically harassing Ethan’s family at this point, and her confessing to son Nicky, she could end up being found out. But some fans think someone linked to Ethan is already onto her, and her downfall is possibly set.
Taking to X, viewers questioned whether her suspicious behaviour was enough to make Charles realise that Nicky’s mum was behind Ethan’s accident. If this is his cause of death, fans think Charles will figure out the truth and take her down, if not take his own revenge.
Another theory was that Kim will uncover Ruby is out to get her with Rose, and she will be the one to take action. One fan posted after the latest scenes: “Charles could kill Ruby if he knew the truth.”
Another fan posted: “I wouldn’t want to be in Ruby’s shoes if Charles finds out that she’s responsible for Ethan’s death.” A third viewer said: “Charles HAS to be onto Ruby, surely?” as another agreed: “Charles is onto you ruby.”
Meanwhile one theory read: “I wouldn’t like to be Ruby right now. Murder charge on the horizon, Rose breathing down my neck, and the inevitable Kim Tate revenge.” Viewers will have to tune in to find out if Ruby does confess or is found out.
