Major Emmerdale couple ‘set to split’ as marriage fears escalate
Kim Tate (Claire King) and Will Taylor’s (Dean Andrews) marriage really isn’t in a good place in Emmerdale.
Last week, Rose Jackson (Christine Tremarco) disappeared after Kim and Will discovered her and Ruby’s (Beth Cordingly) plan to bring down them and Home Farm. After Kim told Rose to pack her bags, she asked where she would like to be dropped off – an airport or train station, for example.
Because Rose didn’t respond, Kim took this a bit too literally and dropped her at the side of a country road.
Before the episode ended, we returned to that same spot and saw Rose’s belongings scattered everywhere, but no Rose. She had been picked up by a Home Farm Estate car – and then we never saw her again.
Due to the fact Kim and Will both returned to Home Farm a little while later with a set of keys in their hands, we’ve been led to believe one of them was responsible for Rose’s disappearance.
The problem though? Because neither of them is being completely honest, it’s now having a huge impact on their relationship.
In tonight’s episode, Will came very close to telling Kim that he had previously shared a kiss with Rose. Terrified about losing her – and what she’d do to him – his anxiety got the better of him and instead, he reminded Kim that he loves her.
For Kim, not only is she dealing with the aftermath of Rose going missing, she’s also trying to process the fact Will wasn’t on her side when Dawn (Olivia Bromley) accused her of spiking her drink.
Needing space, Kim announced she was off to Dubai for a business trip.
Will asked his wife what he could do to fix things between them, but Kim wasn’t sure if their marriage was worth fixing anymore.
