Emmerdale favourite is brutally injured as returning face means business
When it comes to exciting summer storylines, Emmerdale is grabbing the bull by the horns – which is bad news for Mack Boyd (Lawrence Robb).
Left trapped with the fearsome animal, he is badly injured and he soon has blame to fling as he reckons it was a deliberate set-up.
Things then get much worse when he collapses…
In other Butler’s Farm drama, Cain and Moira Dingle’s (Jeff Hordley and Natalie J Robb) marriage hangs by a thread as he fears for his wife’s behaviour.
And he is none too pleased with the apparent returning closeness between her and his son Nate Robinson (Jurell Carter).
Meanwhile, Jai Sharma (Chris Bisson) is throwing his weight around, but soon finds himself meeting his match.
And the mystery of missing Rose (Christine Tremarco) is finally solved…
Monday August 26
Will’s fearsome as he realises the game’s up and a series of flashbacks reveals what happened to Rose.

Cain’s impressed when he catches John dealing with a big client of the farms. Soon there’s an argument brewing when Cain confronts Moira over the whisky he found in her bag.
Chas watches on intrigued when Caleb and Jai toast their new deal.
Tuesday August 27
Cain’s unimpressed to see Moira knocking back painkillers. Annoyed, Moira points out the unopened bottle of whisky. Later, Moira confides in John, she’s worried about her marriage.
Meanwhile, Nate’s horrified when Cain confronts him over his relationship with Moira after he caught them both having a drink together.
Nate’s hurt as he pleads with Cain that their relationship is in a good place. He’s concerned when Cain heads off to see to the kids.

Jai’s annoyed when Caleb asks for more money to bribe their council contact. Jai delivers a harsh warning not to be messed with.
Chas is unconvinced at Jai and Caleb’s attempts to act like mates. Caleb heads off to cause havoc at Home James Haulage.
Jai ridicules Victoria as she tries to change a spare tyre. Later, John plays the protective big brother as he confronts an intimidated Jai.
Wednesday August 28
Will is puzzled when an HMRC Officer arrives to check the vans for red diesel. Jimmy’s shocked to learn the yard’s being investigated and Jimmy’s tired of how he’s being treated as Will rails at him.
Thinking they’re being sabotaged, Will stalks off. Billy can’t believe Will’s nonsense accusations as Will accuses him of sabotaging the business.
Aaron avoids seeing John’s date.
Thursday August 29
Mack finds himself blocked in a barn by a bull. Mack psyches himself up to dodge the bull and make it to the barn gate. He makes a desperate run for it as the bull chases him.
Soon thrown to find the bull in the barn, Nate hears a groan and rushes over to help injured and in pain Mack. Mack is convinced John is responsible for putting the bull in with him as revenge.
Aaron confronts John but soon passion takes over. Later, Charity tries to motivate Mack for an afternoon planning revenge on John, but he goes quiet and woozy before collapsing on the sofa, leaving her horrified that something serious has happened.
Loved up Gabby and Vinny are interrupted by Arthur’s return to Mulberry. Arthur soon gives Jai a piece of his mind about the impact the divorce procedure stress is having on Laurel.
Friday August 20
Jai’s unsettled to see Arthur means business.
Nate is pulled away by a phone call, Tracy is left curious. Later, Vanessa questions Tracy’s feelings over Nate’s mysterious phone call, and it’s apparent the thought of Nate having met someone is bothering her.
