Emmerdale confirms upsetting Moira Dingle scenes next week amid ‘devastating health news’

Viewers desperate for answers on Emmerdale’s Moira Dingle and her apparent health crisis will see “upsetting” scenes next week on the ITV soap.

The villager will continue to act out of character and cause drama for her worried family, leaving her isolated and emotional. Following a shocking seizure this week and clear signs Moira is not well, fans were left convinced a devastating health diagnosis would be revealed.

Viewers believe the character may be diagnosed with a brain tumour or possible early-onset dementia, as she continued to forget things this week and seemed to do things without being aware. She “almost killed” her brother Mackenzie Boyd in a recent episode, as she forgot to secure the farm’s bull before asking her brother to fix a quad bike.

After admitting she was to blame, Moira seemed confused when Mack told her about her request after she’d claimed not to know he’d be out in the field. This isn’t the first time this week she’s been confused, telling her young son they’d discuss something at home when they were already there.

Ahead of her worrying health scare leading to fiery scenes next month, new spoilers for the next set of episodes tease what comes next for Moira and the storyline. Next week she ends up attacking someone, turning aggressive after making a false accusation.

What follows is a row with her worried husband Cain Dingle, and scenes will see Moira left devastated, confused once more and upset in emotional scenes.

It all kicks off next week, with spoilers revealing that Moira spots husband Cain seemingly cosy with Ruby Miligan. Moira wastes no time in accusing her sister-in-law of having an affair with her husband, or at least trying to, barging into her home.

Ruby is baffled by her accusations and things escalate when Cain and brother Caleb Miligan arrive, and Moira headbutts Ruby. Chaos ensues as Ruby flies backwards, with Cain and Caleb horrified.

After Cain restrains his wife, he drags her away as she continues to go for Ruby. Cain vows to sort it while Ruby is furious, clearly wanting payback.

Cain demands to know what’s going on with Moira, baffled by her violent behaviour. But as he realises she’s forgotten to go for her blood tests at the doctors, he’s furious and has a go at her. As Cain storms outside, Moira is left confused and upset over their situation.
