Emmerdale finally confirms identity of Will’s blackmailer – and talk about a twist
Will Taylor (Dean Andrews) has been left quite literally stuck in a grave after Kim Tate (Claire King) was revealed as his blackmailer in Emmerdale.
Shortly after Kim returned from Dubai, Will discovered that someone knew about him kissing Rose (Christine Tremarco). Over the next few weeks, Will’s stress levels increased as he tried to gain control of the blackmailer, rebuild his relationship with Kim, and prevent her from discovering his betrayal.
In last night’s episode of the ITV soap, Will met with Caleb (William Ash) to finalise his deal to sell his shares in the haulage firm, so he could use that money to pay the blackmailer
Will then received a phone call while at Home Farm. Establishing that Kim was nowhere to be seen, he feared the worst and raced off into the woods.
There, Will found a dummy with Kim’s face on it. Pleading for the ordeal to stop, Will’s focus shifted when he heard Kim shouting for help.
Beside him was a freshly filled-in grave and a shovel. Convinced Kim was underneath the soil, he got digging.
Eventually, with the coffin empty, Will established he had been royally played. Moments later, he received a smack from someone holding the shovel, causing him to fall into the grave.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, it was then confirmed that Will’s blackmailer was in fact Kim herself.
Revenge has been served (Picture: ITV)
Standing above Will, Kim relished in watching her husband suffer. Will confirmed that he had betrayed Kim with Rose but his words meant nothing, because the iconic character had known all along.
With Will trapped in the coffin as a result of doing his back in, Kim was more than happy to throw the shovel and the radio to the side, and walk away.
Revenge? Absolutely served.
