Haunting Emmerdale twist as Moira goes missing after discovering the truth about evil Tom
Moira Dingle (Natalie J Robb) made an unexpected discovery about Tom King (James Chase) in tonight’s episode of Emmerdale.
Yesterday, Tom was arrested and questioned over Belle Dingle’s (Eden Taylor-Draper) allegation that he had been abusing her. During the interview, the detective revealed that police officers were at the King household to collect Tom’s electronic items.
Tom spun a story about footage from one hidden camera no longer being available to view on these devices. Which wasn’t true.
When the detectives left, Tom told his solicitor that he has a tablet which has footage of Belle from other cameras. He said he wasn’t entirely sure where it was, unaware his young cousin Carl had stolen it to play a game on there.
In tonight’s episode, Isaac (Bobby Dunsmuir) was very interested in the zombie game and decided to ‘borrow’ the tablet from Carl.
At Butlers, Moira very quickly realised Isaac was holding a stolen item and partaking in a game the young boy absolutely shouldn’t be playing. She took the device and grew curious about some files downloaded on there.
Clicking on them, Moira found pictures of Tom and Belle, and then came across some video footage of Belle inside Dale Head.
Horrified, Moira called Belle but she didn’t pick up due to being visited by the detective.
Aware Belle needed to know about her find, but unable to drive on her own, Moira instructed Isaac to get Mack (Lawrence Robb) so he could drive instead. However, as Isaac left and time passed, Moira grew impatient and grabbed the keys to the Land Rover.
As Moira set off, Belle and Vinny (Bradley Johnson) were reeling from the detective’s update about not finding any camera footage on Tom’s devices. When Belle mentioned the tablet though, the officers realised Tom had failed to mention it yesterday.

Back on the road, Moira had pulled up by a sign. Getting out, she came to realise she had got herself a little bit lost.
Confused and dazed, Moira tried to find her way back by walking through a field and then a woodland.
By this point, Mackenzie and Matty (Ash Palmisciano) were scouring the village and Butlers for Moira. Thankfully, Mack managed to find her vehicle and then spotted her in the woods. Moira had suffered another seizure and a bang to the head as she fell, and she was incredibly unaware of her surroundings when Mack attempted to comfort her.
John (Oliver Farnworth) checked Moira over and instructed her to rest after this seizure. As he left, Belle arrived.
While Moira went missing, Belle had found her voicemails on her phone. In her desperate state, she questioned Moira over the calls, but she couldn’t remember anything.
Belle, exhausted and drained after another horrific week with Tom, ended up pushing Moira a little too much, which resulted in her becoming upset.
Mack and Matty sent Belle away which left her deflated. Unbeknownst to them all, Moira has access to strong enough evidence that proves Tom has been abusing and controlling his wife.
If Moira’s unable to recall anything at all from this day, where does this leave Belle?
