Belle Dingle makes a huge confession about Tom King in new Emmerdale video

(Emmerdale: Belle makes a confession)

Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper) makes a huge confession to her mental health coordinator about Tom King (James Chase) in upcoming Emmerdale episodes.

This week, Belle secretly attended an appointment across town to begin the process of having an abortion.

The beloved face had to plan strategically in order to prevent Tom from finding out. She asked Amelia Spencer (Daisy Campbell) to take Piper the dog for a walk in the woods and then slipped her phone in Esther’s pram, so Tom would check the tracker and believe she was in the countryside.

When Belle returned home, Tom had already made his way to the woods to try and find her. Fortunately, she arrived just in time and made out that Amelia had asked to spend time with her.

Back at home, as Belle reflected on her day, she remained unaware her parking ticket from the hospital was sitting on the floor of Tom’s car.

In Friday’s (June 21) episode of the ITV soap, Belle had to develop another plan so she could finish the medication for the abortion, and stop Tom believing the pregnancy was continuing. As Tom headed to work, Belle made her way to the hospital again.

In the car, as Belle took another tablet, she continuously checked her watch and the parking ticket, knowing the timings surrounding her trip would be imperative.

After calling Tom, Belle returned home and told him she started bleeding shortly after he left for work, went to the hospital and was told she had experienced a miscarriage.

In this new video, we see the moment Belle meets with Rachel, her mental health nurse.

Previously, when Belle spent time in a mental health unit, the professional she spoke to there started to suspect her relationship with Tom was having a negative impact on her mental health.

However, as Belle wasn’t in the right headspace at the time, she struggled with the prospect of Tom being a problem.

Now time has passed and Belle has fallen victim to Tom’s violence, as well as grown aware he is tracking her movements via an app on his phone, a lot has changed.

At Dale Head, a nervous Belle reluctantly lets Rachel in for their chat.

Belle seems very fearful over opening up to Rachel and tells her Tom might come home for his lunch and interrupt them.

Rachel senses that something is up with Belle so they sit down and very quickly afterwards, Belle tells the nurse she doesn’t want her here if Tom arrives.

A curious Rachel asks why, and Belle says she’s a terrible person because she aborted her and Tom’s baby.

After this clip, as their conversation progresses, Belle finally admits to herself that Tom has been abusive to her. Rachel supports her in deciding that she needs to take a break from Tom.

She arranges to go and see Debbie (Charley Webb) and Zak Dingle (Steve Halliwell) in Scotland and packs a bag ready to leave and put the horrors of the last few months behind her.

But what will Tom think?
