Major Hollyoaks character arrested in early streaming release
Hollyoaks spoilers follow for Tuesday’s (February 18) episode that is now available to view on Channel 4 streaming. The episode in question will air on E4 on at 7pm.
Ro Hutchinson (Ava Webster) was arrested by Donny Clark (Louis Emerick) after admitting to accidentally wounding Oscar Osborne (Noah Holdsworth) with a knife.
Oscar, as viewers know, popped over to The Dog earlier this week to hand in some work from Nancy (Jessica Fox) for Ro. The schoolboy, however, found himself in the middle of a heated showdown between Ro and bully Arlo Fielding (Dan Hough).
Terrified for his life, Ro pulled out a knife and an altercation ensued, with Oscar getting stabbed.
Tuesday’s offering of the Channel 4 soap, which can now be viewed on the broadcaster’s streaming service, deals with the immediate aftermath of the scenes in question as Diane (Alex Fletcher) swooped into action and called for an ambulance.
The episode in question is full of emotional moments and unexpected twists and turns, making it just about as quintessentially Hollyoaks as one could ask for!
Frankie Osborne (Isabelle Smith), meanwhile, struggled to process Kat’s (Sonia Ibrahim) claim that Darren (Ashley Taylor Dawson) slept with her.
The character, as fans know, is set to feature in a new child exploitation storyline as she and Dillon Ray (Nathaniel Dass) and targeted by a criminal gang.
Hollyoaks Executive Producer Hannah Cheers said: ‘It is imperative that Hollyoaks is constantly talking to young people about safeguarding issues and ways in which abuse can infiltrate young lives.

‘The audience naturally regenerates and the issues that young adults are vulnerable to are constantly evolving. Hollyoaks is in a unique position to shine a light on them, without lecturing, due to the way that the show tells stories.
‘The research that we have, finds that the exploitation of young people is an insidious problem and growing concern for multi safeguarding agencies.‘
