1. Rex is under fire
Keen to find evidence that Grace killed Abe, Freddie previously found a ringing phone in her flat and later phoned the number that had called – unaware it was Rex. Ste answered and heard Freddie threatening his partner and claiming that he is working with Grace.
Next week, Ste confronts Rex about what he heard on the phone call. Rex doesn’t want his boyfriend to know that he has a target on his back, so he gaslights Ste into thinking he was imagining things.
He then speaks to Freddie about the call, but he doesn’t realise that he has accidentally admitted to helping Grace on the night of Abe’s murder.
2. Tommy concocts a plan
Tommy is frustrated that he is unable to get Joel to attend a therapy session with him, so he decides to take matters into his own hands.
Joel soon discovers a letter on a car explaining that his wing mirror has been damaged. He is stuck as he left his money at home, so Tommy suggests that Joel visits his place in the meantime.
3. Donny faces suspicion
Rex tries to tell Grace that he wants out of their criminal operation as he wants to put Ste first, but she manipulates him into continuing their scheme. He gives Dillon another task, but Donny sees the pair together and gets worried for the teenager.
Donny calls round to see Dillon and ask him about his relationship with Rex, and he grows more concerned when he finds a vape. Rex lets himself into the flat and puts an end to Donny’s questioning.
However, Freddie and Maxine, who are trying to help Mercedes, jump to the wrong conclusion, telling DI Banks at the station that they believe Donny is working with Grace. Will Donny be falsely accused of a crime?
4. Joel changes his mind
When Joel gets to Tommy’s house, he tries again to get him to agree to some therapy sessions. After they exchange money for the car repairs, Joel takes pity on Tommy and eventually decides to accept some counselling.
Tommy wastes no time and offers Joel an appointment for later that day. He finds out that Joel and Leela are arguing, and he takes Joel’s side in their disagreement. Will he manage to get between the couple?
5. Ro makes a new friend
Following the dramatic incident involving Arlo, Tony faces big consequences for his actions, while Ro is scared about his and his family’s future and what life will look like now. He looks for an outlet and confides in a friend online.
Later, Kathleen-Angel is happy to see Ro in Casa McQueen and asks him to join her for lunch, with the two teenagers continuing to grow closer. Ro confides in her about his new online friend Nina. How will Kathleen-Angel react?
6. Sienna is scared
During one of Jez’s therapy sessions with Tommy, he admits that he is struggling with emotions when trying to support Sienna – amid her recent health scare. Following her temporary paralysis, she is concerned that she has motor neurone disease like her late father Patrick.
In the Grand Bazaar, Jez and Martha rally round Sienna as her fears about her health grow. Will she discover what is wrong with her?
7. Grace gets a shock
Grace is horrified to discover that her son Curtis has gone missing.
She has made plenty of enemies in the village recently, so as panic sets in, is someone behind the child’s mysterious disappearance?
