Joe Tate (Ned Porteous) is a man on edge in Emmerdale soon, as his former sidekick Doctor Crowley (James Hillier) returns.

Crowley was the person who operated on Joe and Caleb Miligan (William Ash) for the illegal kidney donation.

After the plan was complete, Joe gave Crowley his money and he departed, aware that the possibility of him being arrested for the crime would increase if he stuck around.

So what exactly has Crowley got planned for Joe?

Also in the soap next week, Gabby Thomas (Rosie Bentham) and Sarah Sugden (Katie Hill) both end up in hospital. While she recovers, Sarah tells Cain Dingle (Jeff Hordley) that she still really wants to become a mum.

The conversation leaves Cain determined to help her, but this causes issues with Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins), who doesn’t share the same view as Cain.
