Two Emmerdale residents desperately flee to cottage to stop John
Emmerdale spoilers have revealed the moment that concerns about John Sugden lead to two characters racing up to the cottage, amid him taking deadly revenge on Aaron Dingle
There’s a race to find Emmerdale killer John Sugden next week after a worrying realisation by two characters.
But as they flee to the cottage where John is with his husband Aaron Dingle, it seems they might be too late to halt a tragic twist. Paddy Kirk and John’s sister Victoria Sugden decided to find John, with the plan being to head to the cottage.
The scenes that will air in on Wednesday will show Paddy quizzing Victoria about her not being with brother John. She seems confused over this, leading to him explaining how he’d told her brother Robert Sugden that he was concerned for John’s welfare.
Robert had told Victoria this and how Paddy was worried he might hurt himself, but she downplayed it and accused Robert of making stuff up and being jealous over John’s marriage to his ex Aaron Dingle.

Of course she had no idea the danger Aaron was in, with John drugging him having possibly just murdered Mack Boyd. With all of John’s crimes set to unravel it leads to a terrifying clifftop stunt.
Robert races to the cottage to save Aaron only to get into a fight with John. Events lead to John dragging Aaron off of the cliff with him, with them both left lifeless at the bottom of the gorge.
So will Paddy and Victoria make it to the cottage and witness the terrifying events? With John set to frame Robert, could they be the proof Robert needs to be believed?
There’s every chance the pair don’t make it in time, and it’s not known what they will find when they get there. In the clip Paddy broaches the topic of John and his concern about what he’s been saying to him via the helpline.
As said, Victoria downplays it all until she sees the panic on Paddy’s face. Worried about her brother she immediately tries to call him, but it goes to voicemail.
Victoria leaves John a desperate message, begging him to call her back as soon as possible. Paddy watches on unsure if he should have said anything, and not sure if there’s a reason for concern.
But Victoria decides the best course of action is to find John themselves, telling Paddy they need to search for him. She tells him they need to get going to get to the cottage, but the clip ends there so it isn’t clear what happens next, and if the pair find Robert at the scene.
