Emmerdale stars let slip who dies in horrifying cliff plunge as tragic exit teased

Emmerdale actors Ryan Hawley, Danny Miller and Oliver Farnworth have teased a heartbreaking death in the new stunt storyline. This week, Aaron will finally find out what John has been doing – and how much danger he’s in.

Speaking about what happens, Danny revealed: “Aaron’s worked it out so he’s trying to get back to the village but John knows he’s worked it out and he realises what’s happened and it’s just about finding out who John really is and getting him to the police station and putting him away for the rest of his life.”

However, of course, this doesn’t go to plan and Robert appears – with a panicking John adamant he needs to save Aaron from his former lover. In horrifying scenes, he calls the police to frame Robert and jumps off the cliff with Aaron in his arms.

Oliver shared: “John knows this is his endgame playing out. If he goes over the cliff on his own, these two will reconcile and he gets the life he wants – and the last thing he wants is for his brother to get the life he has.”

Ryan has now warned fans that things aren’t looking good for Robert – with other characters in danger too. Ryan teased: “Everything is getting blamed on Robert and no one believes him. Maybe Robert might leave – maybe.”

“John and Aaron are going to be falling over the cliff – will they survive, will they not?” Ryan added, with Danny sharing: “I think it’s more about which one survives – if any. That’s a good teaser.”

Oliver teased that the scenes are “terrifying” – as he opened up on behind the scenes of filming. He said: “John thinks he’s helping Aaron, saving him from Robert. He thinks it’s quite romantic – end of the film! … I watched the take yesterday, I watched it live and it was absolutely terrifying – but they walked back round and got their harnesses on. It was spectacular.

Danny added: “It’s really strange because Oliver Farnworth is one of the nicest people I’ve worked with – and the most professional man I’ve worked with,” with Oliver sharing: “It’s been an absolute rollercoaster working with the people I’ve worked with – working side by side with him is an adventure every day.”

Who’s going to make it out alive – and will anyone survive these horrifying scenes as John’s reign of terror seemingly comes to an end?
