Emmerdale viewers predict evil Celia’s downfall as fan favourite lashes out
Emmerdale fans think Moira and Cain Dingle will be at the heart of Celia Daniels' downfall after the fan favourite lashed out at the evil farmer during the latest episode of the ITV soap

Emmerdale fans have predicted that Moira and Cain Dingle will be at the heart of Celia Daniels’ downfall. The villainous farmer has been executing a reign of terror over the Yorkshire village for months now, and has also been busy conning Moira whilst running a slavery ring on her farm.
Celia had supposedly recruited Moira into the turkey-rearing business but when the village resident received a phone call from an angry customer, she decided to do some investigating. Heading to Celia’s farm for the first time, Moira made her way into a filthy house and discovered her own signature on a pile of invoices. Back at The Woolpack, Moira accused her business partner of “doctoring” said invoices and wondered where the turkeys were even being produced in the first place.
Moira wasn’t convinced by Celia’s fumbled excuses and raged: “You know damn well what this looks like, Celia, oh my God. You are the sharpest, savviest, most sharp-nosed woman I have ever met. There is nothing you don’t know about! Stop this performance or whatever the hell you’re doing because I’m not buying it for a second!”

Fans will remember that Moira (Natalie J. Robb) bravely faced a brain tumour towards the end of last year, and when Celia coldly suggested it had come back, this was too much for her to take. Moira slapped Celia straight across the face, and onlookers in the pub were shocked. Celia began to feign tears, but Moira refused to back down and told her to stay away.
Celia has not been acting alone in her treachery, and her evil deeds have been carried out with the help of her foster son Ray Walters. Together, the pair have coerced Bear Wolf into their slavery ring, and oversaw the death of his fellow slave Anya, who has been buried on Moira’s land.
Back at home, Celia told Ray to stick to the drill and start “wrapping things up” as usual. She added: “Moria said plenty. She slapped me round the face in the pub. But she is making my life so easy. She has a dead body her on her land, her signature is all over the paperwork and now she’s assaulted me in front of witnesses. Rather a juicy narrative emerging, don’t you think?”
Earlier in the week, Celia had already seen to it that Ray’s girlfriend Lauren had lost interest in him by feeding her a pack of lies but he promptly went back to her to apologise and beg for forgiveness. In the final, telling scene that aired at the end of the episode, Moira discussed Celia and Ray with Cain Dingle.
