Rhona Goskirk could turn killer on Emmerdale, with her being named a suspect in Ray Walters’ murder.

Whether she would commit the crime remains to be seen, but there’s definitely been some hints. The character has been through quite the ordeal recently thanks to Ray and his villainous mother Celia Daniels.

They’ve had to keep it from everyone but now, amid fears for her stepdaughter April Windsor, it’s all come out. That said, in this week’s episodes we go back to earlier this month when Ray met his gruesome demise.

Back when little had been revealed about what Ray and Celia had done, someone took their revenge. It’s been teased it could have been Rhona, and there’s been possible clues that have backed this.

In terms of a motive, Celia and Ray have ruined her and her family’s lives. When Rhona discovered what Ray put April through, including drug dealing and sexual exploitation, she vowed to get them punished.

But the tables were turned and Ray and Celia threatened the family’s lives, while also demanding thousands of pounds. In the fallout, the family have been left in tatters, unsure they can move forward.

So did Rhona take the ultimate revenge and get rid of the problem? Did she confront Ray and end up killing him? A major clue for Rhona is that she is speaking to a secret person.

She has been calling them, and leaving them voicemail and written messages. She’s desperate to discuss something and it appears to be linked to Ray.

She initially asked if something had been done, and now she’s pleading with them to explain what happened. She’s aware people are being arrested for Ray’s murder, and she wants answers.

So, does this mean she had someone kill Ray, or helped cover up the crime? Did she kill Ray and has someone helped her to remove any evidence? Tuesday’s episode goes into detail about Rhona’s movements in that week.

We will find out more about what she’s hiding, and more clues that will reveal whether or not she is guilty. Not only that but we will see her come face-to-face with her ex Graham Foster.
