Emmerdale fans ‘work out’ who buys the pub from Charity and it’s not Kim

There could be a new part-owner of Emmerdale’s famous pub, The Woolpack.

Spoilers have revealed Charity Dingle, who co-owns the famous venue, decides to sell her half next week. She’s being blackmailed by Dr Todd, who has figured out her baby lie.

Todd now wants thousands of pounds from Charity, and the payment deadline is closing in. A desperate Charity wants to raise the funds and pay off Todd as quickly as possible, without anyone finding out about baby Leyla’s true parentage.

Next week, Charity is declined a loan extension leaving her furious, with her having hoped to use that money to pay Todd. As Todd escalates her threats about what she ‘owes’, Charity turns to Ruby Miligan in a bid to sell her share of the pub.

But despite seeing how desperate Charity is for a sale, Caleb Miligan turns the idea down, trying to stop Ruby from buying the pub. His reasoning is he fears there will be backlash over the decision.

As Charity’s hopes fade, she turns to someone else for help. She soon makes Kim Tate an offer by suggesting she could sell half of the pub at a discounted price, just for her.

It seems Kim might be considering it though, as she tells Charity she could be interested but will let her know. But if Charity does sell the pub, will Kim be the buyer and therefore the new part-owner?

Fans do not think so, and instead they believe someone else will be announced as the new owner of the venue. Viewers think Ruby will manage to sway Caleb’s decision, and she will share the pub.

A fan posted online: “Ruby will buy the pub.” Another agreed: “The Woolpack potentially changing owners just as they shut down Pampamanda??? Could these icons be the next pub owners?” referring to Ruby and her pal Mandy Dingle.

Another fan replies to this theory saying: “I beg,” as another viewer theorised: “Now looks like the Woolpack will change hands to the Miligans.” A final fan said: “Ruby should buy it, along with her wine business.”

Also next week, Charity warns her ex Vanessa Woodfield away from Todd amid a possible romance between the pair. Charity also tells Todd to leave Vanessa alone, fearing she will get hurt.

Vanessa is beaming with how well it’s seemingly going with Todd, but promises Charity she’ll be careful after her warning. As for the pub sale, Todd realises Charity has been speaking to people and demands to know what about before reminding her of her deadline to pay up.
