Hollyoaks confirms Clare’s sinister revenge plan against rival Mercedes

Hollyoaks has confirmed a big revenge plan for Clare Devine-Banks against rival Mercedes McQueen.
Clare has sinister intentions against Mercedes, and in the most-recent episode managed to get influence over Mercedes’s son Bobby – unaware of her plans or history with his mother.
Mercedes, of course, ran over Clare’s sister Grace Black a few years ago and also pushed Clare onto the road in 2013 and left her presumed dead before recently reappearing.
However, in the storyline airing next week, Clare will put plans in motion to strike back.
In the scenes, Clare pays a visit to her sister in hospital, who is ventilated following the recent attack by Vicky Grant.
What has she got planned for Bobby, who is now under her purview.
Clare initially approached Bobby in her car during yesterday’s scenes, telling the teenager: “It’s okay, don’t worry. I’m a friend of your mum’s.
“Look, there’s not much she can do with police swarming everywhere, and the last thing they’re gonna do is look in my direction, so come on.”
Bobby then agreed to go in the car, likely setting Clare’s plan in motion.
In other news, Rita Simons has confirmed that she is set to exit the soap later in 2025 as Marie Fielding after two years in the role.
“It’s time to thank everyone at Hollyoaks for being the best tonic I could’ve asked for,” the former EastEnders star said. “But London and my true home is calling and I have to follow my heart.”
