A HOLLYOAKS star looks unrecognisable after bagging a new role as a sex worker in a huge period drama.
She appeared in the Channel 4 soap for two years until her character was killed off.

Viewers will recognise actress Lauren McQueen for portraying Lily Drinkwell.
Six years on from bowing out of Hollyoaks, Lauren has landed a period drama role.
She appears as Seema, a sex worker, in Outlander prequel series, Blood Of My Blood.
Taking to Instagram, Lauren shared snaps of her in costume ahead of the character’s debut.
She captioned: “Seema’s first appearance tonight on @outlander_starz Blood Of My Blood!
“Watch it now only on STARZ!”
A follower commented: “You’re crushing it on the show right away out of the gates! Congrats, Lauren!”
Another said: “You are amazing.”

Lauren debuted as Lily in Hollyoaks back in January 2017, introduced as Diane Hutchinson’s (Alex Fletcher) niece.
She departed in April 2019, with the character dying in harrowing scenes.
Earlier this month, Blood Of My Blood officially made its debut on Starz.
This prequel follows the respective parents of Outlander‘s main characters, Claire (Catriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan).
Harriet Slater, Jamie Roy, Hermione Corfield and Jeremy Irvine star as the leading characters.
