Hollyoaks has aired two twists for Frankie Osborne and Connor “Sully” Sullivan as a shocking plot involving Frankie’s brother JJ unravelled. At the end of Wednesday’s episode, Dodger told Darren the news that his son JJ had been attacked in prison and had died.
Viewers know that JJ was found guilty of sexually abusing his twin sister Frankie and was sentenced to two years in a Young Offenders institution.
Following her brother’s death, Frankie blamed herself and in upcoming scenes, Frankie, who is in a new relationship with corrupt police officer Sully, will begin to receive threatening messages from a mystery stalker.
In today’s episode, the Osbornes were panic stricken after waking up to find that Frankie had gone missing. At the station, Sully told Darren and Nancy that he would put all his effort into finding her.
Dillon and Lucas both arrived at The Dog after receiving a message from Frankie, with Dillon not too pleased to see his ex.

There, Lucas went through Dillon’s messages after downloading a cloning app. Lucas told Dillon that he thought Frankie had called them both there to bring them back together.
After disagreeing with each other Lucas and Dillon received a message from Nancy telling him that Frankie had gone missing.
When Nancy realised that her school keys had gone, she rushed to Hollyoaks High with Sully where they found Frankie standing on the roof.

Sully went up to speak to Frankie on the roof, telling her he was there to support her. “You shouldn’t feel pressure to grieve the way people expect you to. It’s your grief,” he told her.
“JJ. Him dying. It’s my fault,” Frankie told Sully explaining that she wanted JJ out of her life. To everyone’s relief, Sully was able to talk Frankie down and she was reunited with her family.
Alone, Frankie was happy when Sully referred to himself as her boyfriend. Things took a shocking turn when Sully was arrested by Dodger.
“DC Sullivan. I’m arresting you on suspicion of conspiracy to commit the murder of JJ Osborne,” Dodger told Sully, leaving Frankie in a state of shock.
