Hollyoaks star shares incredible baby news with sweet post
Hollyoaks actress Jessamy Stoddart has revealed that she is expecting her second child with husband Ryan O’Gorman in an adorable Instagram post with her followers
One Hollyoaks star has been given some wonderful news this Christmas.
Jessamy Stoddart has announced she is expecting her second child with husband Ryan O’Gorman via a sweet social media post. The 32 year old actress who plays Liberty Savage in the TV soap took to Instagram and wrote: “So incredibly lucky to be growing a little brother or sister for Joni.”
The cute caption was accompanied by a series of pictures sharing the happy news. One picture showed a heart shaped bauble hanging from the couple’s Christmas tree, which read: “Baby O’Gorman. Due May 2026.”
The picture encased in the bauble showed a copy of the couple’s baby scan. In another picture, it showed Jessamy lovingly touching her growing baby bump in a mirror selfie. Wearing a black top which sat on top of her bump, the side on snap showed the elated star.
And it didn’t take long before her post was inundated with comments, congratulating the star and her husband. Former Hollyoaks star Nikki Sanderson wrote: “Amazing news!!!! So happy for you all.”

And her followers were also quick to send their congratulatory messages. One person said: “Oh lovely. Congratulations hun ….there’s something in Hollyoaks water I’m sure.”

Liberty had carried a baby for her half sister Sienna but at the last minute decided that she wanted to keep her biological child. But paranoia set in and Liberty believed that Sienna would try to run off with her baby, which escalated her post-partum psychosis.
In an exclusive chat with Mirror Online, Jessamy explained: “All Liberty wants is for Faith to be safe. She is her number one priority, she just needs to shut out the noise and listen to her instincts.”
She added: “I think out of everyone Sienna will be most likely to get there eventually – she’s persistent. Despite Liberty’s fears about her, their bond is so strong.”
She went on to add: “The road to recovery is on the horizon…” The scenes played out over weeks, making the heartbreaking storyline one to remember for Hollyoaks fans.
Jessamy joined the soap back in 2018. Prior to becoming a TV actress she had appeared in a number of theatre productions including Legally Blonde and Mack and Mabel.
