Hollyoaks sets up Frankie Osborne exit story ahead of terrifying car crash
The beloved character is preparing to move to London.
Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks has set up the exit storyline for Frankie Osborne, though it could be overshadowed by a devastating development that happens afterwards. With the teenager set to move to London, the village is plunged into chaos.
It was revealed in February that the beloved character would be moving to the capital after being accepted into a dance school, with Darren eventually coming to terms with the news after some initial shock.

Before Frankie heads off, a party is thrown in the village, with upcoming scenes of the Channel 4 soap showing her friends – namely Vicky Grant – and family giving her a big Cheshire send-off.
Ahead of the party, Vicky is fearful about losing her best friend following the recent departure of Dillon Ray, and is also struggling to find something to wear for the night. Frankie, rather lovingly, gifts her a dress.
The smitten Charlie Dean, who is developing something of a romantic bond with Vicky, watches on as the two friends spend some much-needed time with each other. He later supports Vicky, who is struggling with body image.
“Frankie’s getting ready to bid farewell to the village, and Vicky’s going to miss her dear friend very much,” says our Hollyoaks insider.
“As a parting gift, Frankie gives Vicky a new dress to wear to her leaving party – but is she also leaving her best mate in good hands with Charlie by her side?”
While the party will be a grand celebration, there will be some major drama as Frankie makes the trip to London, with the recently-released Spring trailer confirming that she, along with Vicky and Charlie, will be involved in a car collision.

The stunt is merged with the introduction of a brand-new trio to the village, with Matthew Wolfenden, Rebecca Ryan and Lewis Walton set to be unveiled as the Keane family in the not-so-distant future.
As the three make their way to Cheshire in a moving van, the car carrying Charlie, Frankie and Vicky is swerving closely behind, with Jack Osborne soon rushing to hospital following the incident.
